We accept payments via Razorpay, all major credit & debit cards, and UPI.

We do not accept cancellations once an order is placed and paid for, as each piece is specially processed for you. However, we understand that sometimes little changes are needed, so we’re happy to help with modifications if you reach out within 24 hours of ordering.

You can:

✔ Add more items so everything ships together.

✔ Adjust the quantity (e.g., ordered 2, now need 4).

✔ Change the shipping address (before dispatch).

✔ Update contact details for smooth delivery.

✔ Swap colors, if the item is available in multiple shades.

✔Change product size.

Same-day delivery? No. But if you need it faster, we’ve got you! 🚀 While our standard dispatch time is one week, we do offer express delivery options once your order is ready to ship.

We do not entertain returns, so there’s no policy required for the same.

Yes! We are open to custom colors and embroidery, but only after a discussion to explore possibilities. Extra charges will apply. Chat with us to know more!

Yes, we’re happy to assist with alterations! You can send your outfit to us within 7 days of receiving your parcel, and the shipping cost for sending it to us will be yours to bear. Once altered, the return shipping cost will also be covered by you.

For smaller adjustments, we recommend getting them fixed locally to save time and avoid extra shipping costs. But for major alterations, we’re always here to help!
